The Bio & Likeness Agreement by Paige Hulse

The Bio & Likeness Agreement

Reg. $85
This contract is a release that you must have if you are using someone’s biological information and photograph in your publication. Although it is a simple document, it lays out exactly what each party needs included, so that you are both protected.
This template protects you when sharing an interviewee’s photo, bio, and any personal information in a blog post, etc. For example, will you ever be interviewing someone on a podcast, for an article, etc? This template is customizable for any person who’s story, image, or person you are sharing.
