The Wedding Planning Agreement by Paige Hulse

The Wedding Planning Agreement

Reg. $395
How many moving parts does a wedding planner have to keep track of during an event? A contract is the absolute best way that you can protect your business and your relationship with your client in those high-stress situations. After all, you’re in charge of planning and executing their big day, and the last thing you want to do is allow emotions and miscommunication to cloud expectations.
What happens when budgets change? What happens if you have a nightmare client and need to terminate the agreement? What happens if the couple calls off the wedding? What happens when bad weather impedes your setup for the day? What happens if there’s food poisoning or the decor falls down? Who is responsible to clean up at the end of the night? What if gifts go missing? What if a vendor you recommended doesn’t show up? What if a fight breaks out between guests?

This template is designed to cover as many scenarios as possible, including: day of coordination/event management services, styling/design, full planning, coordination and design.

*Please note: this contract overlaps greatly with our Travel Planning Agreement and Day of Coordination Agreement. Please reach out to us at support@shopcreativelaw.com before you purchase more than one of these contracts!
