The Work-for-Hire template is to be used in any scenario where someone is hiring the creator to create a work, assigning all copyright and IP rights from the creator to the person hiring. The "Creator" in this scenario can be a photographer, designer, writer....anyone creating a common law copyright, work of art. 

This can be used by the creator or the one hiring the creator.
