Every gorgeous, professionally-shot photograph has had some level of editing done to them.  Whether you do freelance photo editing as your side gig or you are the photographer hiring this service out, this contract is for you.  It covers everything from editing package options, pricing terms, creative control, intellectual property rights, and, of course, all of the required legalese to protect you and your business.

This contract is a release that you must have if you are using someone’s biological information and photograph in your publication. Although it is a simple document, it lays out exactly what each party needs included, so that you are both protected.

This template is to be used in situations where your client (Whether they are a photography, calligraphy, design, etc) wants to use that work of art for extended licensing purposes. For example, did you take a great photo of your client, and they now want to use it in publication, or on a t-shirts, etc? They will need an extended license.
